This is a great solution to add more protection and tons more accessory mounting options when shooting with the Sony A7R V, A7 IV, or the A7S III. The advanced kit somes with the additional top handle and side handle, as well as 6 cold-shoe mounting locations and a plethora of 1/4-20 as well as a few 3/8-16 mounting locations all over the cage. This kit also comes with a cable keeper to keep the HDMI Cable firmly inserted into the body to prevent any drops in the HDMI signal. For those with Arca-Swiss compatible Tripod heads, you will love the fact that the bottom of this cage has a built-in Arca-Swiss mount. There is also a cutout for the battery door, so you do not have to remove the body to swap out the battery. Talk about efficiency! They really did keep the video-shooter in mind when desiging this cage, and we think you'll be pleased with the quality of this awesome cage kit.

NOTE: This cage will also work with the FX3 (missing its audio handle, naturally). The fit is a bit tight and the battery door is blocked, but it CAN work. Huzzah!
