Nikon's D7200 DSLR is a nice evolution of the top-of-the-DX-line 7000 series, with several notable benefits over its predecessor. The biggest improvements are in features such as built-in Wi-Fi and a much larger buffer for its 6 fps burst rate. They also improved the timelapse and invervalometer functionality with an increase in the number of shutter releases possible and a very cool built-in timelapse movie creator.

On the specifications side of things, the ISO range has expanded by 2 stops to a maximum of 25,600 (native), and the sensor scores at the top of the DxO ratings for all APS-C cameras. At this point in time, you simply cannot find a better sub-frame sensor out there from any manufacturer. Hooray for image quality!

In summary, this body is a continuation of everything that the 7000 series has been known for: Amazing performance at a reasonable cost.
