The Blackmagic series of pocket cinema cameras is great. They are even greater when you can use them on a motorized gimbal like the DJI Ronin-S. However, their body design is very wide, which makes it impossible to properly balance them on the gimbal. Enter this genius idea from Lanparte: the offset plate. As you can see from the photos, this plate slides into the usual place for the camera mount plate. However, the camera mount itself is positioned away from the balance arm such that the camera's center of balance is, well, centered. Now you can enjoy your Ronin-S and Blackmagic union as it was meant to be. They even put an M4 thread on the front so that you can support longer lenses using the factory Ronin-S lens support. Nice!

Absolutely necessary for the BMPCC 4K as well as the BMPCC 6K when using the Ronin-S.
