Well, this handy dandy folding table is here to help with that. Measuring 29.5" wide by 72" long by 29.1" high when fully assembled, it is sturdy and stable while still being relatively lightweight (~25.5 lbs).

When folded, the table is a 36.5" x 29.5" rectangle that's only 3" deep. There is an easy carrying handle for your convenience.
