Canon's first RF mount macro lens is here. Offering a 1:2 reproduction ratio, you can focus as close as 18.5 inches. This medium telephoto focal length is also useful for portraiture, making this a versatile choice for a variety of shooting situations.
The STM focus motor gives you quick, accurate, and nearly silent autofocus with full time manual override when necessary, and the hybrid IS system gives you up to an incredible 5 stops of correction, including two modes that are especially helpful for close-focus shooting (angular and shift-type movements).
As with all RF lenses, this model includes the control ring, which can be configured to adjust a variety of exposure settings such as compensation, aperture, ISO, etc.
