Optically very similar to the Canon EF 135 f/2L, the EF 200mm takes things a step further. Its fast aperture, relatively light-weight build, and long focal length make this a great travel prime for bringing those interesting features much closer without taking up too much room in your bag. Its fast aperture also lets you shoot a bit further into the night than other, slower lenses. A nice middle ground for telephoto focal lengths, 200mm gives you reach without being unmanageable. It’s also easy to hand-hold for extended periods without feeling like you just got back from the gym.
