The Spitfire Pro 1x2 HDMI splitter is what you need when you've got to split one HDMI video signal between two devices. This is a great problem solver if (for example) you need to supply the same video feed to two different monitors. It does require wall power to operate, but luckily, your rental comes with the power supply included.

This unit can handle uncompressed video streams up to UHD 4K as well as 3D and up to 12 bit color. It will also split HDMI audio signals, including LPCM 7.1, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby DTS.

Please note that we do NOT recommend using this splitter mid-stream if you are recording the signal. Viewing is fine, but splitting a signal that you are actively recording is not a good idea.
