i love it so much. it was very fast in low light. i got this lens to shoot a show and as u know in live music u dont get good light all the time. and this lens save the night i got alot of pics. so if u are thinking of renting this lens do it get it done.

Outstanding lens for action photography!, June, 28 2008

I rented this lens for a vintage road racing event and was very impressed with its performance for action shots. I was able to get great images both head-on with fast closing speeds and with horizontal panning shots. Easy to use and very versitile. Only downside was its weight for its moderately compact size.
